Title: Spiced Viennese Coffee

4 Cinnamon sticks
8 Cloves
8 Allspice berries
5cCold water
8tbFinely ground gourmet
  Coffee ( regular or
  Decaffinated )
1/2cSweetened whipped cream
  Ground cinnamon

Place cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice berries into an 8-10 cup carafe. Measure cold water into the coffee maker. Using ground coffee, brew according to manufactures instructions. Allow coffee to steep for 15 minutes after brewing. Strain into 8 ounce, warmed coffee mugs ( or into a thermos ). Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
